The Configuration Coordination Account Management (CCAM) team is focused on benefit configuration, with our Health Plans leadership, configuration subject matter expects, and process owners. and accountable for interpreting, documenting and facilitating implementation end-to-end of all benefit configuration changes with high-quality and on time. The CCAM Team Lead
accomplishes this through coordinating with our Health Plans leadership, configuration subject matter expects, and process owners. Providing support and technical guidance cross functionally to drive these initiatives.
This position is full-time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00am 5:00pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.

Primary Responsibilities:
Advocate team accountability for delivering timely account configurations with quality results.
Analyze and trend rework activity on account and identify fixes and improvement to drive higher quality and automation.
Assess and interpret customer needs and requirements to effectively implement configuration changes and facilitate solutioning of non-standard requests.
Assist management with building and implementation of new team and department initiatives.
Collaborate with other business and systems areas to analyze, resolve, provide explanations and information to others on complex issues.
Consistently provide effective status updates and relevant information to key stakeholders.
Document business requirements and process flows.
Drive communication and feedback loop across upstream and downstream partners to ensure interdependencies are known and pipeline of activity is coordinated.
Drive decision-making, problem-solving, solution design and engagement of key subject matter experts and stakeholders.
During the configuration process, meet the Service Level Agreements (SLA) defined turnaround times (TAT) and quality matrices.
End-to-end assessment and coordination of escalated configuration changes including assessing and addressing risks, dependencies, and impacts.
Lead team discussions, present ideas, share knowledge and listen to/encourage others ideas.
Manage daily inventory reports and lead team analysts activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Perform new hire and ongoing training.
Review work performed by others and provide recommendations for improvement.
Serve as a key resource on team decisions and project planning.
Serve as a key resource on problem resolution, focusing on details and tracking of issues until resolution.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree (or higher) OR High School Diploma / GED (or higher) with 5 years of equivalent work experience
3 years of benefit configuration, claims, and/or provider pricing experience
2 years of experience leading, supervising, and/or mentoring others
1 years of project management experience
3 years in health care or insurance industry
Experience with FACETS Claims Systems
Ability to work full-time between 8:00am 5:00pm including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need
Telecommuting Requirements:
Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy
Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
Must live in a location that can receive a UnitedHealth Group approved high-speed internet connection or leverage an existing high-speed internet service
