The Senior Learning Systems Professional will:

Provide guidance and support on the use of technology involved in learning and development. Actively keeps abreast of developments in learning technologies. The Senior Learning Systems Professional work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

Responsibilities

The Senior Learning Systems Professional will primarily be responsible for:


Facilitating SharePoint Online and Power Automate classes
Act as consultant for the introduction of technology-supported learning
Developing and deploy interactive e-learning in a multimedia or virtual environment
Design courses, learning portals, mobile learning and internal websites with the focus on communicating offerings
Develops project documentation, including development standards, templates and storyboards
Assembles all the elements into a running course, and ensures the course can interface with a Learning Management System, if required
Collaborates with subject matter experts on appropriate technology based learning solutions.
The ability to project manage projects with little to no guidance
Ability to influence change and makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction


Required Qualifications


Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Passionate about contributing to an organization and working with our internal customers
Technical facilitation
Five years facilitating SharePoint
Knowledge of Power Automate, PowerBi and InfoPath
Knowledge of eLearning and video authoring tools
Ability to create and track metrics


Preferred Qualifications


Master's Degree
Experience working with Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, Camtasia Studio, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Illustrator and/or other e-Learning applications
LMS (Cornerstone on Demand) knowledge helpful
Exceptional project management skills
