Project Manager - Multifamily Construction
The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of multifamily projects including managing the schedule, budget, etc.
Client Details
Our client is a Miami based Developer and General Contractor with a strong background building affordable and market rate apartments throughout Florida.
Description
Manage day-to-day activities to meet project milestones and ultimately meet or beat project completion date.
Manage RFI and change order process
Process all PayApps
Has knowledge and experience with other trades scope of work.
Maintain daily and weekly logs of construction progress
Identify the elements of project design and construction likely to produce constructability issues and plan coordination problems prior to beginning construction of the project.
Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to administrative staff, subcontractors, and clients
Ensure project documentation and reports are complete
Attend all necessary job-site meetings, whether on-site or off-sit
Profile
Minimum of 10 years of experience as Project Manager on multifamily projects (MIDRISE REQUIRED)
Advance knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
Ability to generate and drive master schedule
Capacity to motivate, lead and boost morale of the teams
Team Player who takes responsibility for their actions / mistakes
Competent in conflict and crisis management
Knowledge and experience with Procore or similar software
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
