Los Angelesu202Fis seeking a Project Manager to joinu202Four multi-disciplinaryu202Fand fully integrated teams working on Asia-based projects.u00A0Key Responsibilities:u00A0Manage team complexity u2013 plans, organizes, and supervises the work of a design staff of approximately 5 to 10 individualsu00A0Responsible for accuracy and applicability of documents for entire project(s)u00A0Build and maintain day-to-day working relationship with client(s) and consultantsu00A0Lead decision making process with fiscal accountability and responsibilityu00A0Develop and execute a management work plan for the overall project(s)u00A0Assist with proposal preparation and participates in client presentations/interviewsu00A0Responsible for all correspondence, reports, documentation, and general administration for the overall project(s)u00A0Responsible for execution of project within the boundaries of the design intentu00A0Apply sound and diversified knowledge of architectural principles for all aspects of the project(s)u00A0Make independent decisions on interior architectural problems and methodsu00A0Solve problems creatively with consultantsu00A0Negotiate and draft/write contractsu00A0Assist with business development and collaborate with other studios, as neededu00A0Skills and Qualifications (required unless otherwise noted):u00A0Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in design related field, with diverse project management experienceu00A0Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin a plus.u202Fu00A0Bachelor's degree; Interior Design / Architectureu00A0Professional licensure desired; LEED Accreditation a plusu00A0Must have a proven track record as a Project Manager with various scale projects in Asia and an understanding of the local culture and business practices for representing international design firms.u00A0u00A0Understanding of fast-track projectsu00A0Excellent leadership, verbal and communication skills, and effective client relationship skills and talent for leading and working with diverse teams of designers.
