Job Description

Responsible to support Business Owners and Leads, using technical and analytical expertise along with claims processing knowledge, to deliver key analytical reports and recommendations. The individual will primarily focus on assisting Claims Operations in the day-to-day aspects of analytical inventory reporting, dashboard and metrics reporting and be able to support problem identification, solution definition, and measurement and tracking of outcomes. The role is responsible for interfacing and communicating at varying levels of the organization, including direct communication with cross-functional areas across the company; coordination with Operations, SMEs and IT teams will be key to success.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

Minimum: 60,300

Maximum: 130,000

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
