Job Description:

This Project Manager sits in the recently formed Business Self-Support team within Products Trading and Supply. Primarily responsible for delivering information solutions that support profit generation, data control, and process efficiency. Success in the role requires commercial focus, technical understanding, project management skills, and underpinned by a confident ability to foster cooperative relationships with staff at all levels within the organization.

The Project Manager is responsible for the provision of system and reporting solutions that combine data to capture additional profits or improved cost control. Initially focused on the Supply workstream, the position is expected to balance innovation with pragmatism and deliver solutions that add commercial value to the business.

This Project Manager must establish strong working relationships within the Products T&S business, building trust and alignment across a large, complex and geographically distributed end to end organization.

The position requires an energetic individual with a strong commercial understanding and focus, along with appetite to take on new projects and assume ownership. Provides thought leadership and ability to drive end to end change through the newly established governance structure.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Lead Supply data and reporting improvement initiatives within business self-support team.

Partner with Supply workstream and business representatives to validate design and business readiness to accept system and process changes.

Partner with data management specialists to ensure production and quality of daily operating reports (Exposure, P&L and month end).

Design and develop dashboard and other data handling and visualization tools that add commercial value to the business.

Identify data related issues and propose, implement solutions.

Drive delivery through best practice project skills in expectation setting, relationship building, stakeholder management and documentation.

Establish relationships and work closely with key support groups locally and in Manilla, Chennai service centers.

Contribute to strategies that add commercial value through information provision, funding proposals, and business case development

Drive constant improvement of T&S information, processes, and systems

Be a self-starter with the necessary drive to succeed.

Have strong interpersonal skills and be a credible driver of change in a governance framework setting.

Have the desire and ability to work in a fast-paced and open trade floor environment.

Requirements:

Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer

Bachelor's degree

8 years genuine interest in Trading, Supply and related business usage of data, systems and tools to drive value creation

Previous experience managing teams and significant project delivery

Previous experience developing business case and funding proposals within a multiple stakeholder governance framework

Able to apply project management best practice, manage multiple concurrent issues and tasks applying strong attention to detail

Possess natural curiosity and comfortable dealing with ambiguity

In touch with emerging data science technologies, including digitalization concepts, automation and AI.

Desirable to have prior experience in a commercial role applying data to support achieving of business objectives

Desirable to have Endur system data and modern dashboard design, preferably using QlikView.
