The Senior Strategy Advancement Professional will be responsible for supporting the full- cycle proposal process.

Responsibilities

Coordinates and facilitates a variety of departmental and administrative duties that support the organization's proposal development from cradle-to-grave, including proactively tracking the status of high-stakes deliverables across the organization, coordinating the timeline for various color team reviews, monitoring the communication mechanisms of our stakeholders, and support of multi-functional efforts with the production of the final response.

Responsible for the organization of the department's artifacts library and archiving sunset supporting materials.

Decisions are moderately complex to complex issues regarding the technical approach to formal proposals submitted to state and federal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Two (2) or more years of project management experience.

Two (2) or more years of proposal experience.

Experience working in the healthcare insurance industry.

Must have a room in your home designated as a home office; away from high traffic areas where confidential information may be secured.

Must have the ability to provide a high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required.

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

Medicaid experience.

Additional Information

Typical Days/Hours: Monday - Friday; Eastern Time Zone

Travel: 15% to Humana Healthy Horizons Tampa location and possible travel to other states.

Interview Format

If participating in a SMS Text interview, you will be asked a series of questions to which you will be using your cell phone or computer to answer the questions provided. Expect this type of interview to last anywhere from 5-10 minutes. Your recorded interview(s) via text and/or pre-recorded voice will be reviewed and you will subsequently be informed if you will be moving forward to next round of interviews.
