POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager, Project Management is responsible for the development of project plans for assigned projects. Ensure maximum process efficiency while delivering optimum creative solutions for internal and external partners; provides suggestions for continuous improvement of best practices to ensure maximum utilization of resources.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

• Act as primary point of contact for all assigned projects.
• Participate in all creative discovery meetings for development of creative brief documentation and project timelines.
• Create and distribute integrated project schedules for all marketing initiatives from concept through final asset delivery. 
• Lead day-to-day management and optimization of all assigned projects.
• Ensure project briefs are fully complete before commencement of work.
• Gain thorough understanding of CRK team roles in projects and processes.
• Ensure projects meet business requirements.
• Plan, coordinate and direct discipline teams to ensure briefs are executed.
• Partner with Creative Operations to ensure timely delivery of assets for Gazette and Tool Kit Development.
• Support cross-discipline and cross-partner collaboration.
• Manage and monitor all process steps by collaborating with task owners to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Keep a current status document of all projects.
• Resolve problems and keep moving towards completion.
• Gain strong understanding of brand standards to ensure all project deliverables stay “on brand.”
• Stay up to date with latest industry news and trends to ensure optimization.
• Provide point of view on best practices and solutions across functions.

QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years proven and progressive project management experience

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent experience
