The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting the project management team with software application builds, and supports the team throughout the product development process by following and learning the Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with developing and maintaining project schedules for several concurrent projects

Support administrative tasks related to setting up course curriculum over platform

Update project statuses in internal trackers on a weekly cadence

Communicate risks and dependencies to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers and other stakeholders

Coordinate with outside vendors as needed, including but not limited to maintaining vendor timelines and project assets

Create and administer work tickets through workflow management system

Other job-related duties as assigned

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of experience and education

1 year of experience in a software development environment

Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate with various audiences

Ability to multi-task while assisting project management team with multiple projects

Ability to complete work in a timely manner and to adjust to quickly to changing priorities

Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills

Knowledge of customer relationship management system (Salesforce) and ticket management system (JIRA) is preferred
