The EHS team is an integrated support function for JLL Project Management, and works closely with the project management team. Project coordinator will coordinate environmental testing requests, proposals & report tracking in support of Off Site ATM Installations. \* Review PM requests for new projects and order appropriate environmental testing \* Request proposals from JPMC approved vendors for environmental testing \* Receive proposals from vendors, review for scope/accuracy, route to PM for review \* Track requests, proposals, testing & invoicing, as required by client \* Upload final reports into client shared drive \* Enter data into client environmental management database \* Assist retained vendors with aging invoice reconciliation \* Assist account team with retained vendor commitment reconciliation to support project close within 90 days \* Issuance of purchase orders to retained vendors \* Additional tasks as assigned Preferred Qualifications- \* Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, or related field \* Experience with environmental testing for construction preferred \* Attention to detail, data accuracy \* Able to work well with high volumes of data \#LI-LR1 JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
