As an IT Compliance Professional, you will apply comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects in scope of IAM and, specifically driving successful outcomes for governance and compliance in these areas. Work with processes for building and tracking our compliance and performance, to underpin the work of the wider IAM Audit, Compliance & Governance team. In order to ensure access management controls are defined and adhered to across critical applications that will involve a mix of completing your own analysis while also collaborating with other team members and sharing your knowledge and capabilities. The position is responsible assisting in preforming user access certifications, segregation of duties monitoring as well as other logical access control governance activities.

The IT Compliance Professional audits the most complex new and existing information systems applications to ensure that appropriate controls exist, that processing is efficient and accurate, and that information systems procedures are in compliance with corporate standards. The IT Compliance Professional work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

The IT Compliance Professional 2 works with all parts of IT to ensure that the appropriate controls exist, operate effectively and that information systems procedures are in compliance with industry and corporate standards. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Less than 5 years of technical experience

Ability to create process documentation, translating the non-technical to technical

Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communications

Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools

Strong attention to detail

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated project management experience

Experience with GRC tools and platforms

Working knowledge of the Active Directory, database technologies and networking

Metrics and report development experience

Additional Information

For this job, associates are required to be fully COVID vaccinated, including booster or undergo weekly COVID testing and wear a face covering while at work. The weekly testing will need to be done through an approved Humana vendor, and unvaccinated associates should follow all social distancing and masking protocols if they are required to come into a Humana facility or work outside of their home. Work-At-Home Requirements

WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office. Associates or contractors who live and work from home in the state of California will be provided payment for their internet expense.

A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 25x10 (25mpbs download x 10mpbs upload) is required.

Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
