The Office of FX Program Administration (FXPA) oversees the Agency for Health Care Administration's (Agency) management of the Florida Health Care Connections (FX) project. FX is a multi-year transformation to modernize the current Medicaid technology using a modular approach, while simultaneously improving overall Agency functionality and building better connections to other data sources and programs.

Project Manager:

Assist with providing project management related to the FX Program's Task Orders and Modular Systems Integration efforts, including coordination of tasks, project schedules, and other project management activities leveraging Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Assist with coordination of activities of the Agency designated Project Support Teams, under the direction of the FXPA Projects and Portfolio Manager and Information Technology's Systems Consultant Manager (or comparable position) following an approved project governance structure.

Assist in coordination of the implementation of Project Online and migration of existing FX schedules, setting up of reporting, resource metrics, and CRAIDL fields and processes as requested.

Integrate Task Order and Module Integration (MI) project schedules with the FX Consolidated Schedule under guidance from the Interface Migrations Project Manager as required.

Assist with processes, communication, and preparation required to pull FX vendor schedules into the Master Consolidated Schedule.

Assist in the capture and dissemination of Change Requests, Risks, Action Items, Decisions, and Lessons Learned (CRAIDL) in the project's repository as required.

Oversee development and recording of meeting agenda(s), decision point documentation and meeting summaries for all project Teams, as applicable.

Disseminate information to all Project Support Team members through electronic methods as directed by the Agency and consistent with the project communication plan.

Coordinate completion of work with team members including any other Agency, FX, or third-party vendors to implement the system improvements and/or new systems, as necessary.

Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Project Online is required.

Experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps is preferred.

In addition, the selected candidate must have at least five (5) years of professional experience managing significant IT projects using the Project Management Institutes' current Project Management Body of Knowledge and Microsoft Project Online.

Business analysis experience is preferred.
