Position Summary
The Lead, Marketing Ops - Loyalty, is responsible for project management from brief approval, planning, implementation, and execution of Global E-comm and Loyalty projects.
Ultimately, the Marketing Ops, is expected to drive our cross-functional teams to deliver per the brief – On Brand, On Budget, On Time. The individual will need to be assertive, adaptable and able to drive a complex project with an eye on all the details. This role requires flexibility and confidence as a project lead to motivate the team to deliver exceptional, results-driven creative.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
BRIEFING
Manage Brief Process.
Review and process briefs, ensure briefs meet requirements (e.g. clear business objectives, budget, list of all required creative support, guidance on regional variance).
Manage Digital E-comm and Loyalty Product Marketing business initiatives, starting with the planning and implementation of briefs.
Support Marketing to ensure cross-functional teams are aligned to deliverables.
EXECUTION AND ENGAGEMENT
Facilitate Omni review and approval process.
Own integration and communication with cross-functional project teams.
Manage project plans.
Establish and adjust the timing and action as the projects unfolds. Actively provide timelines and deadlines to all teammates to ensure the necessary work is progressing.
Utilize skills to streamline creative timelines, encourage efficient workstreams and clearly relay the actions required to complete the project.
Drive creative development and execution, on time and on budget.
Facilitate creative development, review and delivery.
Conduct weekly team meetings to ensure alignment on creative content throughout the creative development and go to market process.
Constantly monitor and report on progress to all project stakeholders.
Manage external and internal agencies / creative partners.
Manage project-based agency relationships (internal & external partners) including, schedule management, and approvals.
Oversee post-production activities (retouching, editing) with Marketing Operations team, ensuring execution of accurate assets.
Monitor overall project budget, ensuring the issue of accurate retouching and production RFQ’s and purchase orders.
PROCESS
Improve execution process.
Analyze workflow and collaboratively drive improvements through scalable, efficient new processes to optimize resources at all times.
Be an active teammate within the Marketing Operations department—providing insight based on the process improvements/hurdles.
Maintain Project Management in Workfront.
Create and update Workfront schedules for accurate project and dashboard tracking.
Actively use the resource and encourage other teammates to consistently maintain all project implementation and documentation within Workfront.
Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)
Direct work experience within a creative & project management capacity.
A quick study who is articulate, can lead and also motivate where needed.
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools.
Experience with Workfront software a plus.
Experience leading projects with many cross-functional partners and a proven ability to coordinate diverse personalities.
Proven experience leading high-visibility projects.
Collaborative, solutions focused, organized, true to deadlines, helpful in attitude, and resilient in the face of ever-changing demands.
Build, manage and maintain healthy internal partner & client relationships.
Responsive and efficient - ability to organize and manage multiple projects to meet quality/brand standards & deadlines; be flexible but assertive.
Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.
Critical thinking and quick problem-solving skills.
Experience with a Go-To-Market (GTM) process would be beneficial.
Additionally, experience within the retail/sport/apparel industries proves helpful.
Flexibility in a fast-paced environment with many moving pieces is critical. An ability to overcome frustrations and find solutions is necessary for change management.
Education And / Or Experience
Bachelor’s degree.
4 years of relatable experience.
Creative, project or account management experience within an agency, brand or category marketing organization.
Other Requirements
Ideally, a PMP or similar experience illustrating complex project management.

Base Compensation Range: $106,000 - $146,000
