POSITION SUMMARY:

Perform the role of Senior Business Analyst for activities related to the implementation, enhancement and support of logistics based execution systems and applications.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: 

• Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership across the WM and WCS systems and technical environments

• Work with Business and IT partners to evaluate, define and document requirements for new initiatives, projects and enhancements

• Lead the design and deployment of major projects as well as ongoing continuous improvement initiatives of PVH’s Logistics based execution systems

• Develop functional and technical specifications per business requirements

• Perform project manager or project lead role as required, effectively collaborating  and coordinating between IT, business and other functions

• Communicate with senior stakeholders across PVH on key technology initiatives - including business benefits, status, progress, and risks/dependencies

• Perform technical support role as needed, providing root cause analysis and resolution

• Evaluate new systems and technologies as it relates to logistics execution systems(RFID, Blockchain, Robotics)

• Work closely with PVH PMO team to ensure compliance with the PVH project methodology

• Support the business teams in their use and understanding of the systems and business processes

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience: 

• 8 years hands on technical experience with Manhattan Associates’ WM application

• 8 years of experience leading large scale projects and deployments

• 8 years of experience with host integration applications and tools

• 5 plus years of experience with process controls and warehouse automation systems

• Proficient with data analytic tools such as Query, SQL and DBU 

• Strong knowledge and experience related to OS400 and DB2 functionality 

• Requires expertise in systems design and project planning methodologies 

• Experience with business processes, functional design concepts and principles  

• Experience with MS Project Management preferred

• Basic knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education:  

B.S. in Supply Chain, Engineering, IT or related studies preferred.

• Effective communication, collaboration, facilitation, and influencing skills with ability to interface across functional areas and at all levels of the organization

• Strong project management skills for planning, resourcing, monitoring project and improvement initiatives

• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently

• Goal oriented and self-motivated within a collaborative team environment

• Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts
