Description

The Project Manager 2 manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.

Responsibilities

As we continue to evolve our Healthy Minds program to better meet the unique needs of our colleagues, we are looking for additional project management expertise to help deliver on its strategy. This work will involve supporting the management and innovation of programs and interventions, partnering with colleagues within and outside of HR as well as working across functions to inform and lead local and regional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Support the Healthy Minds team with project management of key programs and interventions

Provide regular project updates & progress to Chief Medical Officer and Leadership

Partner with colleagues within and outside of HR and the business to:

keep them informed of key new and existing initiatives

understand their agendas and priorities and how these link to Global Healthy Minds work

identify opportunities for alignment and integration of regional work

Collaborate with Servicing/Operations team to bring them along on new initiatives / new requirements and how to operationalize these

Prepare relevant materials for discussion/presentation

Help pro-actively coordinate the timelines of different deliverables and initiatives taking into account the different stakeholder requirements (e.g. CA&C approval process, vendor changes, Servicing support).

Provide an external perspective and thought leadership on initiatives and programs to support delivery of the overall Healthy Minds strategy

Support the Healthy Minds team in evaluating vendor performance and identifying opportunities for improvement and change

Position is full time and reports to the Director of Behavioral Health

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

Less than 5 years of technical experience

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Support the director of mental health,

PMP or PM experience required,

analytical skills required

ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ability to work independently
