Aon is looking for a Data & Analytics Project Manager in Chicago, ILOur brand new North American Construction Data & Analytics team is looking for the right person to come on board and grow with us. We need a highly organized and driven project manager to help manage the many projects that come our way. We are looking for someone to liaise with Account Executives, Brokers, various solution lines, innovation partners and our clients to ensure we are maximizing our resources and efficiencies. You will oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project. You will report directly to the Director of Analytics. The successful candidate may work out of various cities in the United States and has options for remote work, in office or a hybrid. Key Functions:• Develop and maintain a project status dashboard • Ensure all projects are on time and within scope• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress• Manages changes to expectations, project scope, project schedule and project cost• Report and escalate issues to management as needed• Establish and maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders Proficiency:• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office• Experience with project management software tools• Background working on Data & Analytics projects Additional desired skills (but not required):• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Business or Data Science• Insurance Industry experience We offer you A competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
