The Senior Product Manager Conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Senior Product Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

In this role you will be directly involved with delivering products and services that will satisfy our member's privacy requests while meeting ever-increasing contractual requirements dictating how and where member data can be used. The product and services that this role will oversee has a direct impact on all lines of business, all systems and all processes that work with, utilize or interact with personal sensitive data will experience changes. This role is all about pioneering simplicity while thriving together to delivery enterprise wide capabilities that will have a direct impact on our member experience and market place competitive advantage.

Responsibilities

The Senior Product Manager Leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, andwork is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

5 years of technical experience and/or Project Management Experience

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to communicate with all levels in the organization internal & external (business, executive, technical)

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification

Scaled Agile Framework (SaFe) Certifications - ANY
