\u003cli\u003ePrepare and deliver recommendations to shareholders, senior management and other stakeholders to improve the profitability of client/matter projects, including quantitative and qualitative analysis of current work and projected future results. \u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eInfluence shareholder behavior through the use of written and verbal communication of financial and non-financial inputs to the success of legal projects.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eLegal Project Management (LPM) activities may include, but are not limited to the following: \u003c/li\u003e

\u003cp\u003eoManage the people, projects, and processes necessary to identify, analyze, escalate and resolve financial risks associated with a regional attorney/client portfolio. \u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eoData analysis and interpretation, draw appropriate conclusions and recommend action plans.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eoAnalyze and monitor accretive and control-based tangible benefit.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eoManage metrics including profitability, efficiency, leverage, realization, budget compliance, etc.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eoCreate and present LPM training to attorneys to grow the firm’s knowledge base.\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003eLegal Project Management decisions and recommendations reflect sound business judgment, strategic consideration of all relevant and available financial and non-financial data, promote the alignment of client and firm interests and preserve and protect the firm’s assets.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eEnsure department policies and procedures are current, reflect best practice appropriate to the Firm\u0027s evolving business needs, and are consistently applied.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCollaborate with Case Intelligence and Pricing teams to develop improved offerings to internal clients.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eContribute to the department’s 3 year strategy document and ensure it is a realistic and robust roadmap that informs resource management, technology, process and other department evolutions.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eInquiries from Clients (both internal and external), vendors and other third parties are addressed in a timely manner and appropriately resolved. \u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eOral and written presentations and general communications are effective, professional and appropriate to the circumstance.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage collaboration and communication between department team members, accounting \u0026 finance group departments, and other corporate / firm departments effectively.  \u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eRelationships with department and office stakeholders, including department managers and directors, Office Managing Shareholders, Office Administrators, and other shareholders are established and effectively maintained.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cli\u003eResponsible for development of LPM program, including the identification, analysis, and resolution of client-related firm financial risks.\u003c/li\u003e
