About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented project specialist to be part of an incredibly smart, capable team that is transforming an entire profession.

Reporting to our VP of Digital and Data Products, you will leverage and develop your process and project management skills to support the growth of our digital and data products. Responsibilities include:

Data Analysis and Visualization:

Develop, maintain, and manage reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions that enable leadership to drive business efficiency and improvements, including:

Aggregating and analyzing disparate data sources to design and develop Tableau workbooks and dashboards for client-facing presentations.

Delivering standard reports while innovating on new ways to access information and methods for analyzing the data.

Exploring new ways of collecting, aggregating, and displaying data from different data repositories and systems.

Supporting the success of client-facing digital products by developing of appropriate metrics and measurements and tracking performance.

Coaching and mentor project team members to execute analytics project activities.

Conduct ad hoc analysis for leadership on key business metrics.

Digital Product Management:

Execute tactical activities that support product launch and roadmap, including:

Consulting with internal stakeholders and clients to identify, prioritize, and develop product requirements and enhancements.

Collaborating with internal and external technical teams as needed to implement prioritized enhancements for both digital and data products.

Performing other duties as assigned.

Ideal Background

2 – 3 years of experience in a business, legal, or technology environment.

Proven proficiency with data analysis and visualization.

Demonstrated experience in developing data sources, sheets and workbooks with Microsoft Excel and Tableau Creator.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.

Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Acute attention to detail.

BA/BS (concentrations in Business, Technology, or Pre-Law may be helpful, but are not required).

Interest in the legal industry.
