What you’ll be doing :
Tactical aspects include system maintenance, reporting and interfacing directly with the field sales team regarding all Prospect Desk performance metrics and process enhancements.
Ability to solve business problems by conducting analysis, reporting key findings, and making recommendations for solutions
Conduct analytics to proactively monitor Prospect and Lead quality and drive action based on findings
Participate in strategic discussions to influence senior management on business decisions surrounding enhancements
Internal customer interactions – will interact on a regular basis with the Staples Business Advantage Sales Ops, Sales, Finance Commissions and Strategy teams.
Will be responsible for communicating with senior level sales customers (RSDs, RVPs, VPs) regarding Prospect Desk processes and deployments.
Provide a support service and interface directly with the Business Development sales leaders.
Gain an understanding of the strategic mandates of the business and be able to interpret the results of their analysis considering that overall business strategy.
Following the senior leadership approvals, this analyst is also responsible for driving their recommendations into realized gains through business adoption.
What you bring to the table :
Ability to manage multiple projects (requests) at once with a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment
Ability to adapt to new business environments as the business need changes
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Qualifications :
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
4 years’ experience in sales enablement and support, data analytics, supporting technology solutions and/or sales operations
Previous experience in driving cross-functional projects and/or business improvement initiatives
Previous Excel knowledge with the capability to develop complex formulas to identify root causes or data patterns
