Collaborate to coordinate programs and educational offerings for professional staff and faculty. Coordinate all parties involved at various organizational levels including internal and outside agencies, vendors, and consultants. Collect and analyze data on program effectiveness. Make recommendations regarding program effectiveness, revisions, additions, and administrative processes. Work will focus on Carilion Clinic Clinical, the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine, and Radford University Carilion (RUC) faculty. These efforts will include the full continuum of medical education: UME, GME, and CME as well as our Health Professional colleagues (RUC). Communicate, facilitate, and problem-solve with management, faculty, physician leaders and others to ensure high-quality, efficient and cost-effective curricular operations in compliance with Carilion policy and procedure. Assume other responsibilities and projects at the discretion of the Sr. Director and Director of the Office of Continuing Professional Development.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
EXPERIENCE: Experience working in an adult learning environment highly desirable. Proven expertise in managing multiple complex projects. Minimum of 1 year project management experience. Experience in a hospital or health care setting desirable. Proficient in HTML/CSS, Word Press, Drupal, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite. Some past experience in marketing preferred. Excellent communicator and creative thinker. Experience with reimbursement and financial transactions through accounts payable is essential. Experience with website design, website management, and other educational technologies.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS/REGISTRATION: None required.
OTHER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Strong interpersonal, communications, financial, research and organizational skills. Working knowledge of Medical Terminology strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Web page design and management experience is required. Must be self-directed, detail-oriented and able to function independently. Effective teamwork and decision making skills.
