Job Summary
If you're the kind of person who loves to help teams stay organized and engaged, and if you have a love of building beautiful presentation material that is both cutting-edge yet easy to digest, then read on! The Organizational Acceleration team within Comcast's HR Technology and Service Solutions department focuses on three areas of organizational strategy: Project Management, Adoption/Change Management, and Experience Design/Strategy. This role will play a critical part in supporting and coordinating activities within and across all three areas. The person in this role should bring a creative 'edge' and an ability to efficiently create sleek material that both helps us consolidate and communicate complicated topics within and outside of our team. The role will also be expected to jump into the details of Project Management, Adoption/Change Management, and Experience Design/Strategy to support the leaders and practitioners in these areas in delivering on key HR initiatives for senior level stakeholders. This may include activities like participating in project meetings and helping to create executive stakeholder communications, coordinating logistics for design thinking workshops, and supporting delivery of Change Practitioner training. We are looking for someone with a 'figure it out' mentality who has an interest in the three areas of focus of our team, is organized, and is able to quickly identify and understand audience needs.

Required Skills:
Excellent oral and written communication
High level of proficiency in visual presentation creation tools (e.g. Powerpoint)
Ability to simplify and visualize complex subject matters, and comfort with 'storytelling'
A passion for being creative and for how creativity can enhance the end user experience
Agility and adaptability- comfort in pivoting quickly when new information is learned and in ambiguous situations
Easy to work with and eager to learn new skills in the design and decide space
Nice-to-have Skills:
Background in Design Thinking, User Experience Design, or Complex Decision-Making
Background in Project Management
Background in Change Management/Adoption
Experience with data visualization tools
Experience and comfort in facilitation
