As a key member of our leadership team, you will help to continually develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare.
This position provides leadership and management to the network services team supporting Virginia Mason Medical Center. Job responsibilities include providing production support for data and voice networks, developing new network capabilities and enhancements, managing vendor relationships, ensuring the reliability and availability of network services, and developing and managing a team of twelve network engineers and support techs.','!*!
BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
5 years of increasingly responsible information systems management experience with 4 years previous experience managing clinical information systems concentrating in system implementation and support.
Cerner Millennium experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, management and interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize and make timely decisions.
Experience with using and implementing SDLC processes (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Experience with reporting productivity metrics and KPI's around production support and project work.
Experience with project management processes and tools.
