\u003cli\u003eResponsible for the preparation and presentation of financial and/or legal insight to management, shareholders, and other stakeholders for the purpose of improving financial performance at the matter, client, or portfolio level.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eManage the periodic review of financial results at the matter, client, portfolio, and firm level to recommend actions for improvement to management and shareholders.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDevelop tools and processes for the identification and analysis of firm financial risks.  Manage the execution of those processes to ensure timely communication of those risks to management, attorneys, and LPM staff.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePerform multi-dimensional analysis including what-if modeling of financial and legal levers to contribute to the development of recommendations re pricing, efficiency, staffing, leverage, etc. to enhance quantitative and qualitative performance.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDeliver financial analysis to financial and non-financial audiences in a way that is meaningful and actionable for both. \u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProvide stakeholders with accurate and timely financial and non-financial metrics to evaluate performance and make sound decisions for the improvement of individual, team, and  firm performance.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cp\u003eSr. Analyst activities may include, but are not limited to the following: \u003c/p\u003e

\u003cli\u003e Data analysis, drawing appropriate conclusions and recommending action plans.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003e Analysis and monitoring of accretive and control-based tangible benefit.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003e Manage metrics including profitability, efficiency, leverage, realization, budget  compliance, etc\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003e Periodic client arrangement audits and other activities as needed.\u003c/li\u003e

\u003cp\u003eDemonstrate decisions and recommendations reflect sound business judgment, strategic consideration of all relevant and available financial and non-financial data, promote the alignment of client and firm interests and preserve and protect the firm’s assets.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eEnsure department policies and procedures are current, reflect best practice appropriate to the Firm\u0027s evolving business needs, and are consistently applied.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eContribute to the department’s 3 year strategy document to assist in establishing firm wide investment direction and policies.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eInquiries from Clients (both internal and external), vendors and other third parties are addressed in a timely manner and appropriately resolved.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eOral and written presentations and general communications are effective, professional and appropriate to the circumstance.\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eCollaboration and communication between department team members, accounting \u0026 finance group departments, and other corporate / firm departments is effective. \u003c/p\u003e
