The Strategy Advancement Advisor will support quality clinical strategy for Humana's Enterprise Clinical Operating Model (ECOM). The Advisor will be critical in driving health related outcomes and transforming Humana's health first strategy.
Responsibilities
The Strategy Advancement Advisor provides data-backed strategic direction to identify and address business issues and opportunities related to the clinical quality strategy of the company. The Strategy Advancement Advisor works on diverse and complex problems by bringing their own contributions together with other key stakeholders from across the enterprise and leading the end-to-end project of strategy development.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Advanced Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a Clinical Degree preferred
3-5 years experience in the healthcare industry
2 years project management skills and experience leading the execution of large scale initiatives and/or strong business consulting experience
8 years experience using data analytics to drive strategy and generate stakeholder buy in
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint experience
Strong knowledge and experience with quality and process improvement
Strong operational mindset and demonstrated experience translating strategy into roadmaps and plans for execution
Strong communication skills both verbal and written and proven presentation skills (comfortable presenting to all levels of the organization)
Demonstrated experience developing change management strategy, interventions and plans
Experience with analytics and use of data
Ability to build strong relationships, influence, establish, and drive improved business outcomes.
Ability to motivate and engage a diverse group of people toward a common vision with proven results.

Preferred Qualifications
Cinical background
MBA or other master's degree
Knowledge of Humana's networks, clinical and business analytics and policy levers
Prior consulting experience preferred
