We succeed with our holistic viewpoint, attention to detail and minimal interruption to business.

About the Team:

You will work with O365 architects, network engineers, cyber security engineers and physical security professionals who keep Comcast running. We align with integration management offices of other fields to work outside of silos and to handle dependencies. The TIMO and our partners are authorities in solving sophisticated integration problems to not redefine business as usual. We work with and communicate to senior level executives in Comcast and the acquired businesses who are our decision makers and collaborators. We're able to translate a myriad of technical situations into easily explained scenarios. We care about the end-user experience and their transition into the Comcast environment.

What are some exciting problems you'll be working on?

In your role, you will be the daily face of the TIMO on your project(s) to internal business units, operational partners and acquisitions from scope through transition to business as usual handoff! You will facilitate technical, fact-finding workshops between our internal partners and acquisition resources. This role will triage and call out risks or issues through the project lifecycle and work with our M&A partners and collaborators to remediate any issues. The role will collaborate with various Comcast support teams to establish transition protocols from migration work to everyday support. You will handle project end actions crafting executive level communications and leading lessons learned sessions.

Where can you make an impact?

You will be an integral part of welcoming new organizations into Comcast. Your project management prowess will keep large budget, domestic and international integrations on track. Your forward thinking will identify potential risks early on and your ability to problem solve as part of a team will help remediate any issues that occur. Success in this role is characterized by a willingness to learn (at a high level) about various technical subjects, the ability to shift focus on subject matters in fast succession and being seen as a trusted source with our partners who keep a project on task.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate prioritization and architecture review activities for initiated projects and follow process for project approval.

Build and supervise end to end project plan in conjunction with the program manager.

Track tasks and achievements across all parties, including vendors.

Coordinate, run and drive pilot migration activities.

Make project scheduling decisions in conjunction with the program manager and fellow project managers or facilitate conversations vital for decision making.

Report on project's progress as required by team members or TIMO leadership.

Identify and lead critical path and risk areas and build risk response and mitigation plans.

Report weekly (or as vital) on any risks/issues.

Advance issues as required to unblock open issues.

Work with other project managers to supervise and handle inter-project dependencies.

Communicate updates on major breakthroughs, blocking issues and status to program manager or partner project managers.

Work with program manager and partner finance teams to set and handle project specific budget.

What You'll Bring:

7-10 years project management experience

Experience in diverse integration projects (Mergers & Acquisitions a plus)

Experience in a multi-national, matrix organization or multiple department environment

Clear, concise, executive level communication skills
