We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who can play a leading role in driving the execution of marketing operations initiatives, as well as managing the workflow of marketing campaigns, facilitating smooth operations so we can more efficiently engage members and improve their health.
The Senior Project Manager will work side-by-side with Engagement Marketing and Marketing Operations teams to develop and manage timelines and action plans for the execution of omni-channel engagement campaigns, ensuring smooth handoffs from Engagement Marketing and within Marketing Operations teams for implementation and go-live.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of project management experience. He or she will have demonstrated examples of being a problem solver, highly self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and will exhibit a high level of initiative. He or she is able to work both independently and as an essential member of a collaborative team and be able to manage multiple projects of varying levels of complexity.
Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager's primary function is to facilitate coordination and communication between communication owners and other teams responsible for campaign execution and production. The Senior Project Manager coordinates and ensures the timely and orderly flow of all projects from job initiation to completion by:
Managing scheduling, assignments, and workflow for all team members involved with campaign execution, including communication owners, project managers, agencies, campaign developers and production partners
Regularly communicating project status, highlights, risks and all must-know information to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
Communicating timelines, responsibilities, assignments, and deliverables at key points throughout projects
Leveraging internal workflow software to manage the key steps of the project
Having good planning skills and the ability to anticipate problems and develop a plan of action to prevent delays in projects and/or the department's workflow
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 years of formal project management experience
Demonstrated process improvement experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced degree
Marketing experience
Experience using Workfront and/or similar project management tools
PMP certification
Six Sigma certification
