Description
The Community Management Professional 2 cultivates the organization's outreach strategy through community advocacy programs and active engagement with community members and enrollees. The Community Management Professional 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
Responsibilities
The Program Coordinator (Community Management Professional 2) reports directly to the Associate Director, Community Management and is responsible for supporting new and existing projects related to Social Determinants of Health and Florida Medicaid Operations.
The Program Coordinator works by collaborating within the Community Management team to collect and analyze program data to initiate, develop and recommend opportunities to advance the overall strategy.
Strategizes methods to scale communities and drive greater connections among community members. The role will work with the team to identify and drive projects, to solve problems, increase productivity, create visibility and improve efficiencies.
This position will work with cross-functional teams to resolve and escalate issues as appropriate, and keep all impacted teams aware.
Understands own work area professional concepts, regulations, strategies and operating standards.
Makes decisions regarding own work approach/priorities, and follows direction.
Work is managed and often guided by precedent and/or documented procedures/regulations/professional standards.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage and drive the completion of various SDoH related projects
Support the selection and implementation of tools & processes
Manage realization of project benefits and maintain downstream effect on project funnel
Lead/Manage implementations focused on member and community engagement while maximizing resources and improving efficiency and productivity
Gather, analyze and present data/outcomes related to projects
Prioritize, problem-solve and address issues that arise, deliver guidance/training on processes and systems, provide subject matter expertise and insight on future projects and other initiatives that involve or impact community management
Work with teammates across the department to develop areas of improvement
Leverage outside perspectives to identify best in class opportunities
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
2 years of technical experience to include heavy knowledge working with Excel & PowerPoint
Experience working in a Managed Care Organization
1 year Project Management experience working with large groups
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Additional Requirements
Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (Satellite and Wireless Internet service is NOT allowed for this role). A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 10x1 (10mbs download x 1mbs upload) is required
Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 EST
