Job Summary
Responsible for planning, executing and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and budgets. Builds and manages project teams ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.

Core Responsibilities
This role is currently Work From Home, but will be transitioning back to the office in a hybrid model in the coming months.
Works with various managers and leaders to lay out project implementation guidelines and plan for manpower and/or other resource requirements.
Manages projects of major importance to overall business operations by reporting status, tracking delays and making required adjustments.
Determines overall staffing requirements relating to corporate projects. Conducts interviews, hires and trains new employees for specific project assignments.
Directs project teams in the development and implementation of project plans.
Negotiates, administers and monitors contracts.
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Additional Skillset
Experience working with application development teams and software development life cycles is a must.
Experience with working with a variety of Technical teams such as Infrastructure and Business Analytics is highly preferred.
Frequent and successful collaborator with cross-functional business teams, i.e. Sales, Care, Operations, Finance, and HQ is needed.
Someone who has worked on large projects/programs with multiple dependent work streams, is able to manage/articulate the risk as well as how they impact those important different work streams is critical.
Strong Excel and Power Point skills are a must.
Knowledge of building out project plans in Smart Sheets or a similar system is crucial.
Ideal candidate is comfortable working with flexible project management methodology.
Candidate needs to be independent, a self-starter, and effectively communicates with all levels of business
